Terms & Conditions
ALL CLAIMS AND DISCREPANCIES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT.
When buying an item, you agree that you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it.
For customization using your images, (including, but not limited to designs, images, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces and text) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.
The prices we charge for our services / products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
Return Policy
We make personalized gift-giving easy, fast and letter-perfect... we guarantee it! We select only the highest quality products which are then customized just for you! We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. However, if there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item or a full refund. To start the return process, you must send an email to jackie@jammiesandjellybeans.com within 15 days of receipt of your order.
Understandably, personalized items, clearance or pre-order cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
Subject to the above policy, all refunds and exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt.

If the item is defective, a REFUND or CREDIT will be issued.

Any item purchased on CLEARANCE is a final sale. No returns are accepted unless the garment is defective.

Any item purchased as a preorder is a FINAL SALE. Preorders may not be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Policy
Turn-Around and Shipping Times:
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we are committed to ensuring you receive your products in a timely manner. Please be mindful of the following turn-around times (TAT).
Custom Orders - We strive to have all custom orders complete within 3 weeks, not including holidays.
Pre-Orders - TAT for pre-orders will be listed in the item description.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
All orders are shipped within 2 business days of completion. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will do our best to reach you via email or phone.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirming shipment and providing the tracking number. Please note - tracking information is not always updated by the carrier.
Damages
jammies & jellybeans is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
